Provides excellent customer service and support to our Radiologists, partner hospitals, and referring physicians through the RIA Physician Connect call center. Resolves incoming inquiries in a thorough and efficient and timely manner. Position is located in a corporate setting although it is clinical.
Under the guidance of the Division Manager, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned site(s) including all aspects of operations, customer service and staffing management. Monitors daily site workflow to ensure volumes are being met, patients are assisted in a timely fashion and staffing needs are being met. This position may require rotating to different locations.
