Provides excellent customer service and support to our Radiologists, partner hospitals, and referring physicians through the RIA Physician Connect call center. Resolves incoming inquiries in a thorough and efficient and timely manner.   Position is located in a corporate setting although it is clinical.



  • Facilitates call patching from radiologists to referring physicians and referring physicians to radiologists.
  • Calls STAT and pertinent positives to our referring physicians and partner hospitals on behalf of our radiologists.
  • Answers general questions around reporting and examinations (as appropriate and within HIPAA guidelines).
  • Problem solving for radiologists, partner hospitals and referring physicians. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Clinically orientated role
  • Medical terminology required
  • Previous healthcare experience required
  • Previous Radiology experience preferred
  • Medical assistant or Radiology Tech experience preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication with previous call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and type at least 40 wpm
  • Computer Software knowledge to include:  Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc),  RIS, PACS and VSDM
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task in multiple systems
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
  • High School Diploma or GED
