Under the guidance of the Division Manager, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned site(s) including all aspects of operations, customer service and staffing management.  Monitors daily site workflow to ensure volumes are being met, patients are assisted in a timely fashion and staffing needs are being met.  This position may require rotating to different locations.


  • Responsible for orientation, training, mentoring and performance management of site staff.
  • Oversees workflow of technical staff by working with the modality leads to ensure all staffing needs are being met and that the schedules are adhered to.
  • Ensures appropriate quality assurance scans are being conducted and that all technologists are compliant with modality specific Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assists in trouble shooting technical issues to determine if a service call is appropriate.
  • Assists staff with patient care or customer service issues.
  • Functions as customer liaison for assigned site(s).
  • Handles and resolves various employee questions and issues while ensuring general facility operations and patient relations are effective. Identifies and resolves problems to ensure quality patient service; facilitates problem resolution, communicates and acts as liaison between Invision Sally Jobe and physician offices. Ensures operations and employee/patient relations are effective.
  • Responsible for setting measurable performance goals and objectives for all employees and evaluating all employees along with recommending merit increases; schedules and assigns work according to business needs and availability of employees to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensures that office space, supplies, and equipment are provided and maintained appropriately for physicians, staff and patient care.
  • Acts as first point of contact for technical questions from other departments within the organization.
  • Acts as first point of contact for customer service issues.
  • Responsible for site(s) P&L.
  • Assists in providing volume projections for the site(s).
  • Assists patients with positioning on exam table and may be required to assist patients to prevent falls.
  • Serves as site’s safety liaison.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervises all technical staff and registration/non-technical staff in the assigned site.
  • Responsible for effective selection, orientation, training, mentoring and motivation of staff.
  • Evaluates staff performance and administers performance management program.
  • Actively supports and demonstrate all aspects of the Inner Vision Outer Excellence core values.



  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Medical Imaging
  • At least two (2) years previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Detail oriented
  • Flexibility in hours and strong team leader
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to rotate to area sites (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation)

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft products

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prefer ARRT or ARDMS certification and certified ALS
